 PROCESS

Typical Process

• Preliminary Consulting Proposal
• Initial Project Scope study
• Submit NTE proposal for project per scope above
• Design/Engineering and Coordination phase
• Work with all Architects staff, MEP and other consultants to coordinate project
• Create detailed schematic CAD package and equipment lists
• Create RFP for integrators to bid
• Assist with Integrator selection
• Oversee final systems install and testing
• Sign off on integrator contract when final deliverables are obtained
